ELITE HIGH PERFORMANCE SKILLS (EHP SKILLS): 

This specialty camp is geared towards elite athletes looking for a challenge. This program offers high repetition, individual attention, and a high transfer rate of skills to game scenarios. Each ice time we focus on 2-3 skills. First we learn and practice proper technique, moving slowly and smoothly before increasing speed. Next we learn and practice some common game scenarios where the skills may be applied. Finally we add defenders to practice timing and to master the skills.

Our Elite High Performance Skills camp is Tuesday mornings from October-February. You can register for the fall season, the winter season, or for the entire year to receive a discount. Single date registrations are also available upon programs start date/program capacities. OPEN TO HOCKEY PLAYERS ONLY.

Our HP D-Man Power Skating camp is for defensemen who play Tier 3 and higher (see camp details for specific qualifications) and have a strong foundation of defensive skating skills. Improve on your fundamentals and challenge yourself with advanced backward edging drills, advanced transitions, escape turns, backward crossovers, open hip pivots and more. If you want to be a better defensemen this is the camp for you. OPEN TO HOCKEY AND RINGETTE PLAYERS - RINGETTE PLAYERS MUST HAVE PLAYED U12 A OR HIGHER**

HIGH PERFORMANCE D-MAN SKILLS: (HP D-Man Skating)

Our HP D-Man Skills camp is for defensemen who play Tier 3 and higher (see camp details for specific qualifications) and have a strong foundation of defensive skating and puck skills. Players will be challenged with more advanced puck control drills, one on one tactics, puck retrievals/breakouts, rushing the puck, and creating offence from the blue line. First we will help you master the technique, then we will crank up the speed, and last we add defenders to ensure you are ready to use your new tools in a real game setting. This camp will not only give you the skills and tools for game scenarios it will help you read the pressure and make the right decisions with and without the puck

HIGH PERFORMANCE DMAN SKATING/SKILLS - 2014-2011

**PRE-REQUISITE: Must have played U9 tier 1, 2014 HSL, U11 tier 3 or higher, U13 tier 3 or higher in 22/23 season**

This camp is designated for players who play Tier 3 and higher (see camp details for specific qualifications) and have a strong foundation of skating skills. Players will be challenged with more advanced edging drills, explosive starts, punch stops, advanced transitions, linear crossovers, and evasive maneuvers. If you are looking for more from your power skating this is the camp for you. 

Our HP Skills program is for players looking for a little more than their ordinary skills camp. This camp is designated for players who play Tier 3 and higher (see camp details for specific qualifications) and have a strong foundation of skating/puck control skills. Players will be challenged with more advanced puck control drills, one on one tactics, wall play, puck protection, punch stops, passing and receiving, and goal scoring. First we will help you master the technique, then we will crank up the speed, and last we add defenders to ensure you are ready to use your new tools in a real game setting. This camp will not only give you the skills and tools for game scenarios it will help you read defenders to be able to make the right decisions under pressure. OPEN TO HOCKEY PLAYERS ONLY.
