Cancellation - Refund - Transfer - Makeup - Policy
All cancellations and refund requests are subject to an administrative charge of 25% of total camp fee or fees if registered in multiple camps. There will be NO REFUNDS or CREDITS given to cancellations within 30 days of camp start date. NO REFUNDS/CREDITS/CLASS TRANSFERS for single date registrations.
We know that many families are awaiting their Minor Hockey schedules to be determined We are happy to offer registration transfers to other available programs within the SAME season. Transfers available until Oct. 15th, 2023.

All Specialty/Holiday/Custom Ice programs are non-refundable/non-transferable upon program registration. Unfortunately, at this time, we are not able to provide make up sessions for any specialty/holiday/custom ice registrations. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
