Shooting Video Analysis is designed for hockey players serious about improving their shooting mechanics. Athletes are filmed from multiple angles and receive a custom video breakdown analyzing key elements such as set up & stance, puck preparation, loading and weight transfer, hand / stick / release mechanics, along with any habits or inefficiencies that stand out.

Following the video session, players spend the remainder of the ice time learning and applying proper shooting mechanics through focused technical instruction.
