These small-group sessions are built around one of the most critical elements of the game: explosive acceleration. With a maximum 5:1 player-to-coach ratio and each group led by a Master or Head Instructor, athletes receive detailed, high-level instruction. Players develop their first three strides, initial stride mechanics, and acceleration out of turns while refining the techniques needed to generate speed quickly and efficiently in game situations.
