A perfect follow-up to our Stride Video Analysis program, these small-group sessions are designed for hockey and ringette players looking to build a more powerful and efficient stride through focused, individualized coaching. With a maximum 5:1 player-to-coach ratio, each group is led by a Master or Head Instructor, ensuring every athlete receives high-level, personalized instruction in a controlled, low-traffic environment. Coaches work closely with each player on posture, stride length, recovery, upper body movement, and other key mechanics to improve efficiency and overall skating performance.
