One of our most in-demand programs, Stride Video Analysis is designed for hockey and ringette players serious about improving their skating mechanics. Athletes are filmed from multiple angles and receive a custom 10–15 minute video breakdown analyzing key elements such as posture, stride length, recovery, and upper body movement, along with any habits or inefficiencies that stand out.

Following the video session, players spend the remainder of the ice time learning and applying proper stride mechanics through focused technical instruction. This program also pairs well with our Stride Semi-Private classes for continued development
